Sue Hall
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Ms. Hall cofounded Millennium in 1995 and was instrumental in helping Millennium become ISO 9000 certified and establishing, promoting and improving the Company’s systems and engineering processes. While at Millennium, Ms. Hall served as the Chief Operating Officer carrying out a variety of corporate initiatives and efforts. She started her career as an Air Force officer and has had an extensive career as a systems engineer on a variety of space and missile defense programs in the disciplines of integration and test, program management, and safety and mission assurance. Ms. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.

Kerry Wisnosky
Founder and Board Member
Mr. Wisnosky cofounded Millennium in 1995 and served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2009. As the CEO, he defined Millennium’s strategic and operational priorities and led the Company’s growth in new markets. Mr. Wisnosky has had an extensive career in systems engineering, hardware integration and testing, flight testing, mission operations, missile development, and infrared sensors. He authored and presented ten technical papers at national and international Missile Defense related conferences and seminars. Prior to Millennium, Mr. Wisnosky worked for General Electric’s Re-Entry Systems division and Martin Marietta. He has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

Brian McKee
Founder and Board Member
Mr. McKee cofounded Millennium in 1995 and oversees the Company’s long range vision and growth strategy, relying on his extensive technical experience in flight test planning analysis, modeling, simulation, and testing of new technologies for launch vehicles, spacecraft and missile defense weapons systems. Prior to forming Millennium, he managed and directed the integration and test of eight prototypical Kinetic Energy Weapon projectiles for "ground" flight test at Edwards AFB and participated in the design and development of several test facilities and programs. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

Patrick Murphy
President and Chief Executive Officer
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Murphy provides the overall strategic leadership of Millennium and is responsible for the execution of corporate goals and operations. An Aerospace Engineer from Syracuse University (B.S.) and an MBA from George Washington University, Patrick has over 20 years working with the Missile Defense Agency, Navy, Air Force, and Intelligence Community.

Kylie Allen
Executive V.P. and Chief Financial Officer
Kylie Allen is responsible for financial operations and oversees the Finance & Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions. He has held CFO roles in Aerospace & Defense companies for over 10 years and has substantial domestic and international experience in manufacturing and services operations. In addition to his financial reporting and compliance responsibilities, Mr. Allen has particular expertise in strategic pricing and contract negotiations, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and working capital optimization. Previously, Mr. Allen was the CFO for Culmen International and the U.S. Air Traffic Management subsidiary of multinational Thales Group. He also served as Sr. Finance Director for Mergers & Acquisitions for the Thales USA portfolio of companies. Mr. Allen is a CMA, received an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration - Finance Concentration from Le Moyne College, and has a graduate certificate in Taxation from American University.

Dan Deans
Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, Corporate Development
Mr. Deans leads the company's growth arm working with each of business units to execute the overall strategic and tactical growth goals. Dan is a seasoned Program Manager within the Aerospace (NASA), petrochemical, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment sectors with experience managing large global teams. Mr. Deans has extensive corporate management experience and subject matter expertise in several disciplines including Program/Project Management, Business Development, Six Sigma Methodology, and Mission Assurance. Previously, he has held positions as a global executive with Dow Chemical, subject matter leader for Lam Research, and supported NASA and the U.S. Air Force for several companies. He is currently responsible for Millennium's corporate strategic plan, business development, corporate branding, and corporate employee satisfaction.

Ken Baird
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Baird serves as CIO integrating key elements of the company's strategic plan including cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), corporate security, corporate budget, corporate facilities, quality management, and organizational conflict of interest. He is responsible for maintaining Millennium’s NIST 800-171 and CMMC cybersecurity programs, to include management, implementation, and usability of information and computer technologies, analyzing hardware, software, and network architecture upgrades, negotiating with vendors for new technology solutions, setting objectives and strategies for the IT and cyber departments, selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline internal operations, and optimizing strategic benefits to improve customer experience. Mr. Baird serves as the change leader to drive innovation across the company’s digital platforms and IT service management activities. An Aerospace Engineer from Purdue University (B.S.) and University of Maryland (M.S.), with training in ITIL, Comptia A+, and Comptia Network security, he has over 25 years delivering high quality engineering services across our government customer base.

Dianne Thomas
Vice President, Contracts
Ms. Thomas leads Millennium's Contracts department, which encompasses Procurement and Pricing, and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Dianne supervises a growing staff of geographically dispersed senior contracts professionals located at Millennium's headquarters and field offices. Ms. Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in Contracts/Procurement/Pricing, Project Control, and Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Old Dominion University), a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology (The George Washington University), and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting (GWU).

Michele Hargis
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Hargis has more than 18 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience and manages all aspects of Human Resources supporting Millennium’s employees nationwide. Ms. Hargis is a Human Resources Generalist with a strong knowledge of employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, policy development and employment law. Prior to joining Millennium in 2005, Ms. Hargis worked in the high-technology industry as well as the non-profit world. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Northern Virginia Chapter of SHRM (NOVASHRM) and the World at Work.

Dan Benjamin
Vice President, Space and Cyber Systems
Mr. Benjamin leads one of our Business Units managing daily execution on dozens of projects and provides executive level technical and programmatic support for multiple DOD and NASA programs. He oversees the system engineering lifecycles of space and launch systems development, space vehicle rapid system development solutions, space enabling activities, and cybersecurity.
Mr. Benjamin received a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a MBA in Finance. He has over 35 years in the aerospace industry having worked at TRW, Rockwell International, and The Boeing Co. He previously served as Chief Engineer, Program Manager, and VP of Engineering at his previous concerns.

Larry Foor
President, Aerospace Systems
Larry Foor, President, Aerospace Systems
Mr. Foor leads one of our Business Units, managing daily execution of contracts that provide technical and programmatic support for our Missile Defense Agency, Army, and Navy customers. Larry has an aerospace engineering degree from Penn State (B.S.) and an MBA degree from Pepperdine. He oversees activities involved with the design, development, systems engineering, ground testing, and flight testing of the Nation’s missile defense systems. His background spans management, applied science, contracting and administration, space and missile system engineering, missile defense testing and targets, and commercial business development.

Steve Childers
Vice President, Integrated Systems
Mr. Childers leads our Integrated Systems Business Unit providing executive level technical and programmatic support for multiple NASA and DoD programs overseeing the integration of risk, reliability, safety, quality, engineering, software assurance, and software development specialties into the launch, launch support, launch vehicle system development, and aerospace system integration into the National Air Space activities. Steve brings over 34 years of experience in Project and Program Management to this position with many prominent roles in NASA programs of national significance, including over 27 years on the Space Shuttle Program and seven years on the Space Launch System Program. Steve earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Industrial and Operations Management from Auburn University and his Master’s degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Steve holds several certifications including Certified Manager, IT Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Problem/Decision Analysis Facilitation, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kathryn Gaulke
Vice President, Integration Services
Ms. Gaulke leads one of our Business Units managing one of the company's most complex contracts, and a diverse staff of engineers, analysts, and skilled aerospace workers. She has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland.

Mike Briggs
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Briggs stimulates innovation and development of technical capabilities across Millennium while providing technical direction of Millennium's Model Based Development Center at Moffett Field, CA. He promotes and oversees IRAD programs across Millennium, leverages IRAD developments into contract wins and product development, and provides his technical capabilities wherever needed across the company. His extensive experience in system development and technical innovation leverages a diverse technical background in systems engineering, simulation, state estimation, dynamics, aeromechanics, and control. Mr. Briggs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Texas.

Porf Dubón
Vice President, Strategies and Analysis
Porf provides executive level technical and programmatic support for multiple DoD programs. He oversees the integration of risk, reliability, safety, quality, engineering, and software assurance specialties into the system engineering lifecycles of space and missile systems development and testing, launch support and launch vehicle system development activities. He has over 35 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in operations, management, training, education, decision-making, strategic planning, directing, evaluating, motivating and quality improvement, including 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. Porf has earned three associate degrees, two undergraduate degrees, BS in Electronics Engineering and a BA in Social Innovation Social Entrepreneurship with a music minor, two master's degrees in both Space Systems Management and Government Systems Acquisition Management. In addition to an Executive Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mickey Bourne
Senior Vice President, Naval Strategies
Mr. Bourne provides executive level technical and program management support for multiple DOD system life cycle acquisition programs. Throughout his storied career with Millennium and the Navy, he has supported programs including Aegis BMD, SM-3, Rolling Airframe Missile, Phalanx Close In Weapons System, Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile, and Extended Range Guide Munitions. Mr. Bourne holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering.
