MEI HELPING TO ENGINEER NASA'S FUTURE
Engineering NASA’s Future– ISS, Moon, & Mars
Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (Millennium) is now a key partner on NASA Kennedy Space Center‘s ground system engineering development efforts for the Constellation Program. The Constellation Program was established to develop a sustained presence on the Moon, including a robust precursor program to promote exploration, science, commerce and U.S. preeminence in space, and as a stepping stone to future exploration of Mars and other destinations. The Constellation Program will replace the Space Shuttle for re-supplying the International Space Station. MEI engineers will play key system engineering roles as Kennedy Space Center prepares the ground systems for receipt, processing, integration, launch, and recovery/disposal of space assets, to include the Ares I/Ares V launch vehicles, Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle, and the Altair Lunar Lander.
“We are very pleased to work with Kennedy Space Center on one of the Nation’s most important projects. MEI thrives on solving complex challenges. Helping NASA on the country’s efforts to return to the moon and eventually to Mars is perhaps the most exciting and challenging work available,” said Kerry Wisnosky Chief Executive Officer, Millennium Engineering.
