MILLENNIUM ENGINEERING AND INTEGRATION COMPANY ACQUIRES INFOWARE SYSTEMS, INC.
Space Coast, FL - Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (Millennium) announces that Infoware Systems, Incorporated (ISI) has been acquired by Millennium, effective immediately. Located in Florida's Space Coast, ISI is a recognized provider of software development and engineering analysis. The company developed the core algorithmic components of real-time range safety display and risk assessment tools at the two major national Space launch centers, Vandenberg AFB, CA, and Cape Canaveral, FL.
Millennium is a world-class systems integrator providing end-end mission assurance for Department of Defense and Civilian Agency customers. The company's core expertise in systems engineering and integration, sensor fusion, test and evaluation, and technology development will be significantly enhanced with the integration of ISI's software development and engineering analyses capabilities.
