Executive Administrator
Job Description:
Provide administrative, financial, and security support to Test Resources within the Missile Defense Agency.
Requirements:
- Point of Contact for the agency wide automated E-tasker action item system. Ensures that E-tasker actions assigned to DTR are worked by the appropriate individuals and that actions are completed properly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the DTR Action Tracker suspense system and ensure that all internal and external action items suspense dates are met. Provide weekly status to DT using Suspense Excel spreadsheet containing all DT’s action items.
- Ensure all classified documents are: accounted for by keeping receipts for documents on file and maintaining a tracking system within TER to ensure accountability of classified document is maintained; located in the appropriate safe; and ensured that all classified documents have the correct classification marking in accordance with classified guidance.
- Review and track Monthly Status Report (MSR) for correct format and identification of cost overruns. Assist Financial Manager monitoring the obligation and expenditure rates on a monthly basis using the MSR.
- Maintain a separate file for all the Director’s briefings.
Education:
College degree or equivalent work experience; Knowledge of MDA BMDS programs
