Personnel/Financial Administrative Support
Job Description:
Candidate will provide System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Director, Combined Test Force (CTF), as a member of the Test Analysis and Reporting (DTCA) division. DTCA supports Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Tests by developing test analysis results and reports for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) senior leadership. Candidate will support DTCA Division Chief and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) COS Site-lead in accordance with (IAW) DTCA policies and processes, and associated MDA directives.
The position shall support the integration of activities between the BLADE (located at the MDIOC near Colorado Springs, CO) and the JDAC (located at 106 Wynn Drive in Huntsville, Alabama). Duties include, but are not limited to, support management of government personnel training records, support management of DTCA personnel and budget resources, budget analysis, and assessment and improvement of DTCA personnel, budget, and contract processes.
Requirements:
- 10 years general experience and at least 5 years experience in DoD (4 years of additional experience may be substituted for BA/BS)
- In-depth knowledge of the MDA funds execution process.
- Experience with personnel records management is desired
- Experience in general administrative duties including experience in meeting planning and logistics, and supply maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface directly with the customer and facilitate the solution of problems with a broad number of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment
- Capability to operate in a multi-task environment

BA/BS or equivalent experience
