Sr. Systems Engineer (2 Positions)

The candidate will provide programmatic, test requirements baseline, Congressional inquiry response, engineering, and leadership support to the GMD Joint Program Office Integrated System Test Division Chief with the preparation and maintaining of critical programmatic test baselines and responding to requests for information regarding the baseline and development of senior level presentations.

Requirements:

• Experience outlined below acquired through DoD, MDA/BMDS or GMD
• 5-7 years experience developing products such as system engineering plans, technical or programmatic baselines
• Strong system programmatic skills and leadership role in system engineering teams
• Knowledge of programmatic requirements
• Working knowledge of test design strategy
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to operate in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal, customer interface, communication (verbal and written) skills
• Demonstrated MS Office experience in developing products and ability to use internet/intranet

BS degree
