System engineering position responsible for developing requirements for KEI, which is the nation's next generation missile defense system that provides candidates with an opportunity to make a difference early in the program.

Requirements:

  • 8 + years of strong technical/analytic skills and a willingness to lead design trade studies spanning a range of diverse system engineering disciplines including missile systems engineering, engagement conops development, fire control, communication link design, tracking/algorithm development, modeling and simulation, logistics, training, reliability
  • Ability to perform analysis and trades to define and allocate functional and performance requirements across system components (Interceptor, Fire Control, Launcher)
  • Ability to define problem space, develop trade/analysis plan, identify resources and execute across geographically distributed team
  • Experience in documenting trade results and presenting to peers and customer community
