Systems Engineer - KEI Baseline Management

The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating technical products and inputs across multiple IPT's comprised of requirement engineers, specialty engineers, design engineers, analyst, and other in the development and documentation of system functional interface, and performance requirements in support of major program milestones. Candidate will also be responsible for managing requirements publishing KEI specifications within specific schedule and milestone constraints. Responsible for development and implementing processes dedicated to ensuring the delivery of a quality specification and technical consistency and accuracy of requirement baseline.

Requirements:

  • 11+ years experience directly related to this position
  • Experience in managing geographically distributed teams and executing task
  • Experience in developing a system architecture and using it to identify, organize, and manage requirements
  • Familiarity with DOORS and ARTISAN tool desirable
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to write reports , plans and provide oral presentations
  • Proven capability and experience as a cost account manager (EVMS, scheduling, variance analysis, recovery
  • Ability to ensure that design is consistent with controlled parameters and is traceable to applicable technical documentation
