Systems Engineer

System Engineer to support development of Launch Control System (LCS). The work will be performed in Huntsville by Mission Systems under an IWO from NG Electronic Systems Sector. The KEI program is preparing for an objective system Weapon System Design Review (WS SDR). This position will provide system engineering support to develop Launch Control system products for WS SDR which includes, but not limited to architecture definition, interface specifications, requirement definition, design trades, and analysis.

Requirements:
Successful candidate must have 8+ years of strong system engineering background in system architecture, requirements, and interface definition; specification writing, ability to work within a fast-paced, distributed team environment. Experience using UML or related information architecture techniques to characterize system behavior and derive functional and interface requirements is required. Previous experience with related launch control systems is a plus.

Education:
BS degree in Engineering discipline or Computer Science
