Systems Engineer - SEIT Performance Analyst

The candidate will provide BMDS C2BMC expertise to support element level weapons systems assessment for requirement development and verification activities. The candidate will provide analysis based on a variety of engagements and threats using the KEI SIM systems level-simulation, desktop tools, and any tools developed. Analysis activities will include examining and analyzing system data interfaces, communications and data latencies, target tracking and prediction test data and engagement planning capabilities. The candidate must have at least 6 years experience conducting analysis. Emphasis is on analysis of tracking, prediction and discrimination. This includes analysis of sensor capabilities, systems messages (up link, down link) communication delays and Target Object Map (TOM) quality.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 2-4 years experience conducting C2BMC analysis (tracking, prediction, discrimination, data, fusion, and engagement planning). Candidate must be able to utilize existing modeling capability as well as develop off line tools required to complete analysis.
