Financial Protection

The following benefits are paid 100% by MEI with eligibility on the first day of employment:

  • Basic Life Insurance equivalent to annual salary
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance

Supplemental Life and Long Term Disability Insurance (Pre-Tax)

  • Employees have the option to purchase Supplemental Life Insurance to a maximum of $500,000
  • Employees have the option to purchase Supplemental Long Term Disability Insurance
