Our Company

MEI has adopted an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) to provide our staff a meaningful stake in our Company, future economic security and ultimately, an additional source of retirement income. The ESOP gives our staff a unique opportunity to own an interest in Company Stock at no direct cost to the employee. Providing Company Stock is one way we recognize our staff’s contribution to our success.
