Executive directors within the MDA, Navy and NASA call on Millennium’s subject matter experts to manage large, complicated, and distributed programs. Millennium deploys the right people, process and tools to ensure its customers programs are efficiently and effectively created and run. Over the years, Millennium developed the SMART tool for program integration and scheduling. Millennium is actively managing several of its customer’s major programs, including weapons systems life cycle management for NAVSEA’s ship and weapons systems development program; Standard Missile-3 development and integration with Aegis BMD; MDA test, integration and fielding; MDA targets and countermeasures; and the discontinued Kinetic Energy Interceptor (KEI) program. The Company provides recommendations to achieve overall goals for weapons system strategic planning. Millennium develops acquisition strategies, acquisition program documentation, management plans, budget plans, integrated master plan and schedules, manages integration of contractor and government activities, and manages integration of programs. Based on extensive experience, the Company’s engineers evaluate issues and provide recommendations related to weapons, ships, information systems, or weapon system costs, schedules, and performance. The Company drafts, analyzes, integrates, reviews and provides recommendations for Milestone and other documentation in accordance with Government, DOD and Service regulations, reviewing and assessing production reports and recommending resolutions to production problems. The Company manages the acquisition program for ground and test flights, including the development of objectives, test plans, hardware and software, and policies.
