traversT. Trase Travers, PE, CSP, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Travers provides strategic leadership of Millennium and is responsible for the execution of corporate goals and operations. Prior to becoming the CEO, Mr. Travers headed the Company’s corporate development efforts as well as the company's Florida Space Coast operations. Mr. Travers has extensive experience in support of our earth, science and human space exploration systems as well as our nation's defense and reconnaissance space missions. He joined Millennium in the fall of 2007 as part of the strategic merger of Millennium and Infoware Systems, Inc (ISI), where Mr. Travers was the President and CEO. He is a Certified Safety Professional, possesses a Master's and Bachelor's of Science degrees in Engineering, and Professional Engineering license.

murphyPatrick Murphy, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer 
Mr. Murphy provides executive level systems engineering program management for advanced technologies. He has served in various senior engineer and team lead roles on programs including the Multiple Kill Vehicle, Kinetic Energy Interceptor, and Near Field Infrared Experiment. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He currently serves as Millennium’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for daily operations of corporate business functions.

D ReevesDante Reeves, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Reeves has over twenty years of experience in the accounting and finance sectors.   As Millennium’s Chief Financial Officer, he manages all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interfacing with the financial community, financial analysis and monitoring of financial performance.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2004, Mr. Reeves worked in both the private and public sectors and held key management positions at DRC, PA Consulting Group and James Martin & Company. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.

 

deans Dan Deans, Vice President Corporate Development
Mr. Deans is a seasoned Program Manager within the Aerospace (NASA), petrochemical, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment sectors with experience managing large global teams. Mr. Deans has extensive corporate management experience and subject matter expertise in several disciplines including Program/Project Management, Business Development, Six Sigma Methodology, and Mission Assurance.  Previously, he has held positions as a global executive with Dow Chemical, subject matter leader for Lam Research, and supported NASA and the U.S. Air Force for several companies. He is currently responsible for Millennium's corporate strategic plan, business development, corporate branding, and corporate employee satisfaction.

bairdKenneth A. Baird, Vice President, Corporate Integration
Mr.Baird has 20+ years experience supporting NASA, Navy, and the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program.  As VP for Corporate Integration, he is responsible for integrating the company's strategic plan, business development, and corporate branding activities. Prior to this, Mr. Baird was Millennium's Vice President for the Weapons System Business Unit responsible for an engineering team working on Aegis BMD, Standard Missile 3, Standard Missile 6, Kinetic Energy Interceptor, Littoral Combat Ship, CVN aircraft carrier program, and infrared cameras.  Mr. Baird is experienced in program managemenet, corporate operations, test and evaluation, technology assessments, systems engineering, missile flight test planning, and business development.  He holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland and Purdue University.

HakenRon Ten Haken, Vice President, Integrated systems
Mr. Ten Haken provides executive level technical and programmatic support for multiple NASA and DoD programs.  He oversees the integration of risk, reliability, safety, quality, engineering and software assurance specialties into the system engineering lifecycles of launch, launch support and launch vehicle system development activities.  He possesses over 32 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in operations, management, training, education, decision-making, strategic planning, directing, evaluating, motivating and quality improvement, including 25 years in the U.S. Air Force.  Mr. Ten Haken possesses Master's degrees in both Aeronautical Science and Organizational Management.  He is currently responsible for management of contract performance, personnel, customer relations, product quality, business unit growth and profitability of Millennium's Integrated Business Unit.

foor Larry R. Foor, Vice President, Aerospace Systems
Mr. Foor is a Deputy Lead for Acquisition for the MDA. His background spans management, applied science, contracting and administration; space and missile system engineering; missile defense testing and targets; employment with multiple manufacturing contractors; and commercial business development. Mr. Foor has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He currently serves as Millennium’s Aerospace Systems Vice President responsible for management of contract performance, personnel, customer relations, product quality, business unit growth and profitability.

bourne Carlton M. Bourne, Vice President, Weapon Systems
Mr. Bourne provides executive level technical and program management support for multiple DOD system life cycle acquisition programs. Throughout his storied career with Millennium and the Navy, he has supported programs including Aegis BMD, SM-3, Rolling Airframe Missile, Phalanx Close In Weapons System, Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile, and Extended Range Guide Munitions. Mr. Bourne holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering. He currently serves as Millenium's Weapons Systems Vice President responsible for management of contract performance, personnel, customer relations, product quality, business unit growth and profitability.

reichert Robert T. Reichert, Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Reichert leads the Company’s standardization of engineering products and procedures to form an engineering sage and a peer review process across the Company. In addition, he oversees independent research and development projects, training and support to engineering facilities. Previously, he was the technical director for APL’s Surface Navy Systems Division. In combination with his work experience, Mr. Reichert led research in modern robust control theory and taught graduate studies in systems engineering for John Hopkins University. He has 32 years of industry experience, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

D Thomas    Website PhotoDianne Thomas, Director of Contracts 
Ms. Thomas leads Millennium's Contracts department, which encompasses Procurement and Pricing, and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.  Dianne supervises a growing staff of geographically dispersed senior contracts professionals located at Millennium's headquarters and field offices.  Ms. Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in Contracts/Procurement/Pricing, Project Control, and Project Management.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Old Dominion University), a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology (The George Washington University) [GWU]), and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting (GWU).

Our Founders

mckee Brian McKee, Chairman of the Board
Mr. McKee cofounded Millennium in 1995 and oversees the Company’s long range vision and growth strategy, relying on his extensive technical experience in flight test planning analysis, modeling, simulation, and testing of new technologies for launch vehicles, spacecraft and missile defense weapons systems. Prior to forming Millennium, he managed and directed the integration and test of eight prototypical Kinetic Energy Weapon projectiles for "ground" flight test at Edwards AFB and participated in the design and development of several test facilities and programs. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

wisnosky Kerry Wisnosky, Board Member
Mr. Wisnosky cofounded Millennium in 1995 and served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2009. As the CEO, he defined Millennium’s strategic and operational priorities and led the Company’s growth in new markets. Mr. Wisnosky has had an extensive career in systems engineering, hardware integration and testing, flight testing, mission operations, missile development, and infrared sensors. He authored and presented ten technical papers at national and international Missile Defense related conferences and seminars. Prior to Millennium, Mr. Wisnosky worked for General Electric’s Re-Entry Systems division and Martin Marietta. He has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

hall Susan Hall, Board Member
Ms. Hall cofounded Millennium in 1995 and was instrumental in helping Millennium become ISO 9000 certified and establishing, promoting and improving the Company’s systems and engineering processes. While at Millennium, Ms. Hall served as the Chief Operating Officer carrying out a variety of corporate initiatives and efforts. She started her career as an Air Force officer and has had an extensive career as a systems engineer on a variety of space and missile defense programs in the disciplines of integration and test, program management, and safety and mission assurance. Ms. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
