Millennium was established as a Corporation in 1995 by Brian McKee, Kerry Wisnosky, Susan Hall and Lynn McKee.  Starting with our first contract at NASA, Millennium has focused on solidifying its customer relationships and serving programs of national significance. The founders have deliberately expanded and enhanced the Company’s systems engineering and integration capabilities, including applied technology, and transitioned the management function to an elite group of highly qualified engineers.

1995	Company was incorporated
1996	Awarded first contracts to develop spacecraft production facility and manage the testing and integration efforts for the Deep Space 1 Mission
1998	Opened Crystal City Office with contracts to support the Navy’s Advanced Lightweight Exo-Atmospheric Projectile (LEAP) Interceptor program and the Navy’s Standard Missile Program - a forerunner of all of MDA’s interceptor kill vehicle and delivery systems
1999	Ballistic Missile Defense Organization contract providing Test and Evaluation and Systems Engineering; Won GSA vehicle award for Engineering Services allowing the Company to win several prime contracts with the DOD Laboratories
2000	Began Sensor Fusion work and started Colorado Springs Office to support Missile Defense Communication Node(MIDCON ).  This system remains a mandatory support asset used for critical cuing of MDA sensors and related systems during all major test event-across the Pacific Ranges today
2001	Began working on boost phase interceptor as an advanced concept under a sole source prime award
2002	Received eCAM patent from USPO
2003	KI Prime contract award with MDA making Millennium the only Small Business leading a major Program Element SETA
2004	Opened the Huntsville, AL office to focus on BRAC move of MDA headquarters, ending the year with over 100 employees
2005	Started Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP); Reorganized the Company to enable better communication and management of the geographically dispersed workforce; Achieved ISO 9001 registration of the company’s processes and procedures
2006	Won first NASA contract with Goddard Space Flight Center; began Model Based Software Development Center in Sunnyvale California, a "Tiger Team" requested by the Missile Defense Agency to develop a software framework and architecture
2007	Acquired Infoware Systems Incorporated of Satellite Beach Florida, expanding the software engineering and development capability of the company including the Joint Advanced Range Safety System (JARSS).  Millennium leads the re-activation of the National Hover Test Facility at EAFB.  NFIRE mission conceptualized and formulized as part of Millennium's KI prime contract responsibilities - Satellite far exceeds mission performance and life expectations
2008	Won $45.2 million NASA contract as prime with KSC; acquired SEA and hired over 100 employees in one year; began transition of patented eCAM technology to two development programs: READS with the ARMY and SANDE with NASA.  Began deployment of JARSS-Real Time system to support landing activities of unmanned, reuseable space systems.  Multiple Millennium personnel awarded citations for key support to Operation Burnt Frost in support of safe de-orbit of a U.S. satellite
2009	Began MAEWS Development program for the ARMY to combine MIDCON and JARRS algorithms into a tool for Missile Defense and consequent management for the ARMY
2010	Won Operationally Responsive Space, Rapid Response Space Works System Engineering Contract and opened major office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Expanded support to the Counter Narco-Terrorism Office to include OCONUS support in South America and Central Asia
